J&S Cabinet Doors Ltd operates a dedicated manufacturing plant in Surrey, BC, focused on transforming raw lumber, MDF, and acrylic sheet into high-end, precision-crafted cabinet door components. Material flows through CNC machining, automated edgebanding, calibrated sanding, and controlled finishing environments to support demanding residential and multi-family projects.

Our operations team manages a high-mix portfolio of solid wood shaker profiles, routed MDF fronts, slab acrylic doors, and specialty millwork components. This hub provides the internal visibility required to coordinate engineering changes, revision-controlled drawings, and plant floor routing data with real-world machine capacity.
